Unfortunately we no longer carry replacement parts for either Eddie Bauer tents or Swiss Gear tents, these were specially made tents that were created over a decade ago for certain authorized retailers such as Costco and a few other outdoor gear providers.
We cannot and do not offer any repairs either on these tent models, I apologize for the inconvenience. We do recommend reaching out to a company called Tent Pole Technologies, information below. They can do a repair on your existing poles, or with the specs of your poles they might be able to manufacture completely new ones for you.
